Had an amazing New Year's stay at a hotel near the Teotihuacan pyramids! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering helpful tips for navigating the area and serving up delicious food at the breakfast bar. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the eco-conscious approach of the hotel, with solar-powered hot water and organic cosmetic products. Plus, the location was perfect - close to the pyramids and with gorgeous mountain views.
The noise from passing trucks and cars on the nearby freeway did disturb my sleep a bit, but it wasn't a major issue since I was exhausted from exploring the pyramids all day. this was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it to others!

Room was big and clean. the staff members were helpful and informative about the nearby locations to explore. the hotel was situated in a good location which was convenient to access the nearby sites. the food at the restaurant was tasty and the prices were reasonable.
The area around the hotel felt unsafe and there was no security provided. the noise from the highway could be heard from the room which made it difficult to sleep.

I arrived at Hotel Teotihuacan late at night and was warmly welcomed by Alejandra, who spoke perfect English. Despite the kitchens closing, she went above and beyond to ensure I had food. The customer service was excellent, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the nearby freeway. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
